Category 5e (Enhanced) Patch Cords with Snag Proof Boots CAT5E0

Category 5 Enhanced Patch Cords exceed all performance requirements as specified by ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-A-4 and 568-A-5 to ensure superior performance and reliability. Patch cords accommodate both T568A and T568B wiring applications and are available in ten colors easy circuit identification. Patch cords are assembled using ETL verified 24 AWG stranded cable, exceeding TIA/EIA-568-A-5 and the more stringent requirements for impedance and return loss as defined in ISO/IEC 11801. Stranded cable is designed for greater flexibility and a longer service life than solid cable. Modular plugs contact material is phosphor bronze with 50 micro-inches of gold over nickel. The insert molded snag-proof strain relief boot is designed to provide additional plug-to-cable retention and prevent cable pair disturbance which can degrade performance. The slim-line boot is the same width as the RJ-45 connector which allows for ease of handling in high density applications and protects the RJ-45 latch from damage.
